..every hazy light, until i find you

Listening to the rain from my window in the darkness has a wonderful stillness and tranquillity. It instantly reminded me of how much I wanted to be back in the city, sitting in a magnificent high building looking down to the awakening metropolis and touching the cold glass, stunned by its magnitude and serenity. There is something about a city at night that looks so magical and mysterious, as if it’s holding a secret amongst all those tiny little glimmering lights, but it always embraces loneliness, and those tiny little lights become less of a comfort but a daunting indication of every person that isn’t, but could be you. And I’d search every city, every hazy light until I found you.
